The Toaster 2008-2016 Progress

Back in 2008 I made a series of comic books about an off-the-wall goofy superhero to join the leagues of Deadpool, Saitama, Captain Underpants and Freakazoid.
Unfortunately my artistic abilities and writing talents were not quite as developed as might be considered ideal for such a project and The Adventures of The Toaster and Sidekick Boy was born; a series of 12 page installments featuring unedited pencil line art, bizarre physical proportions and questionable plot-lines.
Recently, these relics from my art-past were unearthed after a garage clean-up and I found myself feeling some nostalgic affection for my old creations.
Hence, we have here my comparative redesign of one of my original characters. I have tried to keep many of his signature details in tact while altering them to fit my new drawing style and I'm very proud of how far I've come.
